Before taking charge of the day-to-day executive interim management activities at 3W, Boudewijn Dupont was the CEO and Board member of SIM Belgium. He has gained extensive experience at BAN, the Business Angels Network in Flanders, and in leadership positions in several start-ups. Boudewijn is a people manager who has a high-level network.
Arne obtained his Master in Sports Management at the University of Ghent. During his internship he became passionate about (digital) marketing. After completing his Masters degree, he decided to study digital marketing and followed the postgraduate ‘Digital Marketing & Communication’ at the Ehsal Management School in Brussels.
After his internship abroad in Mauritania, he started as Trainee Futureproof Marketing at Spring Professional. From there he came into contact with the 3W, where since November 2017 he has been responsible for everything marketing related.

Wim has more than 20 years’ experience within IT environments combined with 12 years of Energy & Utilities and banking expertise. He has worked for many years in operational management roles. This combined with his entrepreneurial mindset with starting up different businesses, he understands very well the needs of our customers and entrepreneurs.
He’s always very interested in exploring new technologies and future developments and finds it very fascinating in listening to company stories and finding the right solution for their needs.
Nadine Verbruggen, Senior Executive Advisor
Nadine has a master degree in Applied Business Economics. She has a strong experience in retail. At the beginning of the career, 10 years @demand side for major distribution chains in Belgium. Then 20 years of experience @supply side in food products of which at least 10 years of working experience at senior level with significant International Sales & Marketing challenges. Nadine has been working with a number of International Private Equity firms during her career in M&A’s. She has a large expertise in change & transformation management. Nadine is a people manager, good listener, approachable, collaborative, strategist and always in to align communication, people, culture, processes, core values and systems to ensure your company’s objectives, needs and ambitions.

Patrick has been in recruitment since 2007. Prior to working for 3W, Patrick Ngoi was a Research Consultant at Odgers Berndston, the second largest Executive Search firm in Europe; an International Associate Researcher at Carrée Biebuyck & Partners, an independent and highly renowned recruitment agency specialised in search and selection of quality personnel in all fields; and an Industry Practice Leader at Phoenix Executive, a dynamic international talent research partner.
Lotte Collette, Management Assistant
Lotte is the management assistent while she is finishing her degree in Applied Economics where she is majoring in strategy & organisation. Working at 3W gives her the opportunity to gain work experience during her studies.

Marc is a Multilingual and Result-Driven Leader with a pragmatic approach providing Advisory Services for Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy & Management and Restructuring.
Before he started his own company, he worked 31 years for the American specialty chemical company Ashland Inc. and held several management positions in sales, business director EMEA, M&A, Strategy and Special Projects for corporate in EMEA. From 2009 till 2012 he was member of the European Board of Ashland.
Today he is Member of the Board of Directors of Pandion Partners S.L. (International group specialized in cross-border M&A and Corporate Financing), as well as Member of the Board of Smart Human Capital Group NV.
He tries to share his experience in Strategy, Finance and M&A in several Advisory Boards as well as with MCE (Management Center Europe) in Brussels where he is Senior Associate.
From education, he is a chemical engineer and also holds an MBE from the Brussels University.
Kim Ciers, Board Member
Kim has a degree in Applied Economics. She has gained +10 years of experience within a premium bank in Belgium. Kim specializes as a business banker in innovation. Within Smart Human Capital Group she is, together with Boudewijn Dupont, the main shareholder and supports the company in the long and midterm strategy.
